The Best Spots To Sip A Cacao In Bali

Cacao is my favourite, it isn't found everywhere and it shouldn't be - because it's a ceremonial drink meaning you want to drink it with intention! I've honestly tried Cacao in every place I can, especially in Bali. The amazing thing is that majority of places in Bali use local Cacao, so they aren't damaging the Amazon Forest. This is a topic that's close to my heart, so it makes me happy knowing that the Cacao is locally and ethically sourced.

I've found the best places in Bali to get your cacao fix so you can drink a warm cup of love whilst having a moment. Don't forget to pack your journal so you can do some journalling after. (The one I've linked above is just beautiful).

SAYURI HEALING FOOD, UBUD

The cacao here is incredible and different, they offer both ceremonial cacao and also a cacao shot with chilli - it's definitely a fiesty wake up call if you ask me.

The drink is: 100% pure ceremonial cacao with triple medicinal mushroom tonics of chaga + reishi + vegan cordyceps served with spices, vanilla infused coconut sugar, salt & comes with an affirmation card. Very cute.

And if you want to stay around for a meal, their food is deliciously healthy and healing food.

VILLAGE, TUMBUK BAYUH

I'm a little biased, our local with the most beautiful staff here. But the Cacao really is also delicious and it's really the only place in the area that makes a ceremonial Cacao, so if you're staying out in this area I highly recommend you go check out this hidden gem. It also has a cute area for the children to play & a mixture of healthy and Ayurvedic healing menu options.

'It takes a village.'

MOSTLY, PERERENAN

Hands down the best Ceremonial Cacao on the island. I can say this confidently because I've clearly tried them all.

But seriously, I don't know what magic they do to theirs, but the consistency, the flavour just everything about it is so delicious (I add lavender & nutmeg to mine). I always get there first thing in the morning and the restaurant is so quiet so you can really have a moment to yourself whilst you sip on your warm cup of love. I wish there was a Mostly everywhere.

Also the vibes are just 100.

KYND COMMUNITY, SEMINYAK

The original Kynd cafe, one of the first pink cafe's in Seminyak still reigns supreme with their vegan and healthy food options as well as having an extensive list of drinks including ceramonial cacao.

The Cacao here is yummy, it's creamy and it's basic. If you're new to Cacao - here would be a great place to loose your Cacao virginity!

And if you want to stay home or make some at your Villa, then I highly recommend sourcing through Ubud Raw. (Not sponsored)

Happy sipping xx
