Terms & Conditions — 1:1 Private Mentorship Experience

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the 1:1 Private Mentorship Experience (“Mentorship,” “Program,” “Services”) provided by Cassandra Lawson (“Coach,” “we,” “our,” “us”). By enrolling in or participating in the Mentorship, you (“Client,” “you,” “your”) agree to these Terms in full.

1. Nature of the Services

The Mentorship includes spiritual life coaching, shadow work guidance, mindset coaching, and business coaching.

By participating, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The Services are not licensed therapy, counselling, psychology, psychiatry, or any other regulated mental-health treatment.

• The Services are not financial advice or investment advice.

• The Services are not legal advice.

• The Services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional services.

You should seek independent professional support from licensed experts for any such needs.

Your participation is voluntary, and you understand that you are solely responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.

2. Personal Responsibility & Disclaimer

By joining the Mentorship, you acknowledge:

• You are fully responsible for your physical, mental, emotional, and financial wellbeing and decisions.

• You participate at your own discretion.

• The methods, tools, and approaches used in the Mentorship are widely used but results vary for each individual.

• No guarantees of outcomes, business results, income, or personal transformation are made.

You release the Coach and business from any liability for your decisions or results during or after the Mentorship.

3. Payment & Refunds

• All payments are final and non-refundable, including deposits, payment plans, and paid-in-full amounts.

• If a payment plan is used, the Client is responsible for completing all payments in full.

• Failure to complete payments may result in removal from the program with no refund.

4. Scheduling & Session Policy

3-Session Pack Terms (VERY IMPORTANT)

If you purchase a 3-session pack:

• All three sessions must be booked and used within a 3-month period from the date of purchase.

• If the Client does not use the sessions within the 3-month timeframe, the remaining sessions are forfeited.

• No refunds or extensions are provided for unused sessions.

• Exception: If the Client chooses to upgrade into the full Mentorship program, the unused session value may be applied toward the cost of the mentorship, at the Coach’s discretion.

General Scheduling

• Sessions must be booked through the official scheduling system provided.

• Cancellations require 24 hours notice.

• Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited.

• Repeated rescheduling may result in the Coach declining future sessions.

5. Confidentiality

We maintain confidentiality and respect your privacy.
However, confidentiality is limited in situations where:

• Required by law, or

• There is risk of harm to yourself or others.

The Client agrees not to disclose, share, or distribute any materials, recordings, or proprietary content from the Mentorship without written consent.

Recording of sessions is not permitted unless mutually agreed upon.

6. Client Commitments

By joining the Mentorship, you agree to:

• Show up to sessions on time.

• Take responsibility for your own growth, actions, and outcomes.

• Communicate honestly and respectfully.

• Use your own judgment when implementing tools or suggestions.

• Understand that coaching requires your participation, openness, and willingness to grow.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, tools, and frameworks shared during the Mentorship are owned by the Coach.
They may not be copied, shared, sold, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

8. Termination

The Coach reserves the right to terminate the Mentorship at any time if the Client violates these Terms or engages in harmful, abusive, or inappropriate behavior.
No refunds will be provided in the event of termination initiated due to Client behavior.

9. No Guarantees

The Coach does not guarantee any specific outcomes, results, emotional shifts, financial changes, or business outcomes.
All results depend on your personal effort, readiness, and circumstances.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Western Australia.
Any disputes must be resolved through good-faith discussion before pursuing formal action.

11. Agreement

By purchasing or participating in the Mentorship, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
