Whether you're a breastfeeding mama who just needs that little pick me up without the nasty additives or a busy girl with a sweet tooth on the run... I'm letting you in on my 5 favourite naughty snacks that you can literally make in under 2 minutes each.
So you can have an orgasm in your mouth - without the guilt.
(And if you're feeling generous, make a few up to put in the fridge so your family can snack on them later)
Not only are they non-guilty snacks, but I love to use superfoods and highly nutritous ingredients. Where you can, always source organic.
You'll want to save this blog post to refer back to.
Also, if you're tracking your calories, I've put the exact amounts in below so you can input them into your tracker, and if you need to slightly adjust the quanities or measurements, feel free to. These lil snacks are more inspiration so that you can stop eating bland food and have some fun in your life.
P.S. They're all dairy free and gluten free.
